Terms and Conditions

Farook College is the author and publisher of the software Farook College Examination Management Portal (including all the files and images contained in or generated by the software, and all the accompanying data). Farook College Examination Management Portal is developed for creating a better platform to enhance the overall experience for both College and Students by helping to find /manage / organize information regarding the examination related details of the College.

The below specified terms and conditions will spell out what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By accessing and using the Farook College Examination Management Portal, you agree to be bound by these and all other terms and policies that appear on the Farook College Examination Management Portal. If you do not wish to be bound by any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the System or Services.

We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Farook College Examination Management Portal at any time, without notice and without liability, if we reasonably determine that you have breached the below mentioned Terms and Conditions.

Account information

If you wish to conduct any transaction on the Farook College Examination Management Portal, you will have to prior register on Farook College Examination Management Portal and become a registered user.

To register onto Farook College Examination Management Portal, you will have to provide your personal information (such as your name, Phone Number email address). We process personal information only for the purposes for which they are collected and in accordance with all applicable service-specific privacy notice. In no cases, the information will be shared or combined with others.

Your account details are personal to you and you are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. You should prohibit anyone else from using your account and should immediately notify us in any case of actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other security concerns. Unless and until you notify us regarding this, we will assume all actions taken linked to your account to be authorized by you.

One-Time Registration

Registration on Farook College Examination Management Portal is only a one-time process and if you have been previously registered with Farook College Examination Management Portal, you could login/sign into your account using the User Name and Password that are provided during the registration process.

Along with the fee introduced by Farook College Examination Management Portal, online charge will be applied for each payment. We will neither have any control over the online charge, nor will be able to refund the charged amount any case.

Notifications

We will use the email address and/or Mobile number provided by you when signing up for the service to send you information regarding successful/unsuccessful booking and/or successful/unsuccessful cancelation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us during registration is valid, accurate and up-to-date.

Applying for Examination

Farook College Examination Management Portal will provide you with lists.

Shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for the services provided by the College.

Refund Policy

  1. Fees once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
    • Multiple times debiting of Candidate Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Candidate's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the candidate.
    • Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Candidate Card/Bank Account but the enrolment for the examination is unsuccessful. Candidate would be provided with the enrolment by College at no extra cost. However, if in such cases, candidate wishes to seek refund of the amount, he/she would be refunded net the amount, after deduction of Payment Gateway charges or any other charges.
  2. The Candidate will have to make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.
  3. The application in the prescribed format should be sent to ce@farookcollege.ac.in
  4. The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded by College through electronic mode in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time, as we reasonably deem appropriate. Upon any further changes, we will post the amended agreement on this page with notice of the changes. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms and Conditions, then please do not use Farook College Examination Management Portal (www.fcexams.in).
